Chef Thomas Keller
“We couldn’t be more pleased to have Chef Thomas Keller join our expanding dining collection. Like Wynn, Chef Keller is not just in the business of exceeding expectations but creating memorable moments and delivering quality at a level unanticipated by guests,” said Wynn Resorts CEO Matt Maddox.
And with that, Wynn Las Vegas added a crown jewel to its A-list collection of fine dining culinary offerings. Scheduled to open in 2020, Chef Keller will be taking over the space previously occupied by The Wynn Country Club.
Famed restaurateur of world-class Bouchon, The French Laundry, Per Se, The Surf Club Restaurant and the TAK Room, Keller is one the most lauded chefs in the world. He has the distinction of being the only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the prestigious Michelin Guide and the first American male chef to be designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honor, the highest decoration in France. Over decades of work, Keller has received many achievements including The Culinary Institute of America’s “Chef of the Year” Award and the James Beard Foundation’s “Outstanding Chef” and the “Outstanding Restaurateur” award just to name a very few.

2017 Bucose d’Or Team USA
In 2017, Chef Keller guided team USA to gold at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or gastronomic competition in Lyon, France. It was the first time in the event’s 30-plus-year history that United States has taken the top honor.
Wynn Resorts has awards of its own such as having more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world and the best resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2019 “Gold List” for the twelfth time. Wynn currently already has 22 signature dining venues from casual to upscale and 11 bars as well as two award-winning spas. With the recently opened Wynn Plaza, home of luxury, lifestyle brands along with Chef Thomas Keller joining the Wynn’s collection of top shelf dining venues is sure to attract a global following.
